Banbury DC was borne from a deep passion for interiors and beautiful spaces. The Creative Director and Founder, Victoria Miller-Miers, began her professional life in the corporate world, but was ultimately drawn back to her creative roots, established when she studied at art school in Italy as a teenager. Victoria subsequently honed and formalised her love of design by furthering her studies in Interior Design. 

 

Having lived and extensively travelled around the globe for many years, Victoria draws her design inspiration from the UK, France, Italy, Arabia, North Africa and the United States. She has been, and continues to be, instrumental in the design, construction and fitout of a multitude of beautiful new builds and renovations across Australia.

 

Inspired by the name of the first property her ancestors purchased after arriving in Australia in the 1800s, Victoria chose “Banbury” for the name of her design studio. It symbolises new beginnings, courage and determination, as depicted in the black and white images featured in the Banbury Design Company branding.
